Melanie Luteijn is an experienced Training and Human Resource professional, a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) with a BA (Hons) Social Sciences. Having represented HR and Training at Board level in the Financial Services Sector she became a Training and Human Resource Consultant in 1998.

Running her own Consultancy Melanie brings focus, flexibility and a fresh perspective to her clients. Her aim is simple, to help her clients achieve their own go further goals by taking their needs and translating them into workable, timely and cost effective Training, HR & Career Development solutions.
